Featured Work

A commissioned piece for a couple who likes to hike. Trilliium grandiflorum) Ontario chose the trillium as its provincial flower in 1937. This white flower grows in the forest in the springtime. This painting was a challenge with it 4 foot by 4 foot canvas. And painting something white. If you can get a close up look you will see that the petals were painted with a variety of colour, saving actual white to the very final touches.
